1. Agreement
By creating an account, signing in, browsing sessions, joining a club, hosting a session, or otherwise using Rallio ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Rallio is operated for recreational tennis communities. Contact: support@rallio.co.
2. What Rallio is
Rallio helps players discover and join tennis sessions, and helps organisers publish sessions, manage rosters, and coordinate clubs. Rallio is a coordination tool — not a venue operator, insurer, employer of coaches, or payment processor for court fees.
3. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (typically 18+).
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate profile information. Incomplete or abandoned signups may be removed so others can register with the same contact details.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that are kicked by an organiser community, blacklisted for abuse, or that violate these Terms.
4. Sessions, clubs & organiser tools
- Session details (time, venue, format, skill, join rules, price notes) are set by hosts or club organisers. Rallio does not guarantee that a session will run, fill, or match the description.
- Join policies (open, approval, invite, waitlist) and guest access rules are controlled by organisers. Decisions to approve, decline, promote, or remove players are theirs.
- You agree to show up when confirmed, cancel early when you cannot attend, and treat other players and organisers respectfully.
- Organisers agree not to use Rallio to harass players, collect personal data for unrelated marketing, or misrepresent sessions.
5. Payments
Where a session has a fee, payment is typically arranged off-platform (for example bank transfer or e-wallet). Rallio may record payment status, notes, and organiser confirmation of proof — it does not process card payments or hold session fees in escrow unless we expressly say otherwise for a specific product.
Disputes about court fees, refunds, or no-shows should be resolved between the player and the organiser. Rallio may assist with account or product issues but is not a party to that payment.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
- Impersonate others or create accounts to evade a ban
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Service
- Upload malware, spam, or content that is abusive, discriminatory, or sexually explicit
- Share private chat, payment receipts, or personal data of others without permission
- Interfere with fair play, ranking integrity (where enabled), or session operations
7. Physical activity & risk
Tennis involves physical risk. You participate in sessions at your own risk. Organisers and Rallio are not responsible for injuries, property damage, or disputes that arise on or around the court, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You are responsible for your own fitness, equipment, and compliance with venue rules.
8. Content & licences
You retain rights to content you submit (profile text, chat messages, session descriptions, receipts you upload). You grant Rallio a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Service.
Rallio's name, logos, design, and software are protected. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by these Terms or with written permission.
9. Third-party services
The Service may rely on third parties such as authentication providers (for example Google), hosting, maps/geocoding, and messaging infrastructure. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Venue bookings and court operators are independent of Rallio.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rallio and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) RM100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Suspension & termination
You may stop using Rallio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits and licences needed to wind down the Service) will survive termination.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be highlighted in-product or by email when practical.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
